Applications open for Cripps’ EmpowHer Leadership Programme

Kent-based law firm Cripps has announced that applications are now officially open for its brand-new EmpowHer Leadership Programme, designed to unlock the potential of female leaders.

The Cripps team are thrilled to launch the EmpowHer Leadership Programme, in association with WHN Group, a transformative initiative designed exclusively for female business leaders.

A spokesperson for Cripss said: โ€œLess than 20% of SMEs are led by women in the UK โ€“ a figure unchanged in the last decade. Getting funding is often cited as one of the biggest barriers to growth.

โ€œOur mission is to help change this by providing a free development programme which equips women with the knowledge and practical tools to access funding and achieve the next stage in their growth journey.โ€

Find out more about Crippsโ€™ EmpowHer Leadership Programme here. The application process closes on 16 August 2024, and all applications must be submitted via this registration form.

If you have any questions regarding the programme or the application process, contact Victoria Symons, head of corporate, by emailing empowher@cripps.co.uk.
