ELM Group ends the year on a high with awards success

Surrey-based property management company ELM Group has announced its success at The Negotiator Awards, the UK’s leading peer-judged awards programme for the residential property industry.

At the prestigious ceremony held at the end of November, ELM Group secured two Bronze Awards and a Highly Commended accolade, marking a significant achievement in a year described as the most competitive in the event’s history.

Awards achieved:

  • ‘Employer of the Year’ – Highly Commended
  • ‘Property Management Company of the Year’ – Bronze
  • ‘Block Management Company of the Year’ – Bronze

In addition, ELM Group was shortlisted for ‘Community Champion of the Year’, further highlighting its contribution to its thriving independent living communities across the country and in the wider local communities.
