Flude Property Consultants has confirmed the letting of the 5th Floor at International House, 78 – 81 Queens Road, Brighton to Charanga, an established provider of music education technology.
Charanga has secured the space as part of its continued growth, choosing International House for its proximity to Brighton Station and easy access to the city centre and North Laine.
International House is a well-known office building within Brighton’s commercial core and continues to attract occupiers seeking modern accommodation in a highly accessible location.
