Must Have Ideas named finalist in Retail Week Awards 2026

Kent-based homeware brand Must Have Ideas has been selected as a finalist in the ‘Digital Excellence Award’ category, sponsored by EV Cargo, at the Retail Week Awards 2026, one of the industry’s most respected celebrations of retail innovation and achievement.

This award recognises a retailer that has made significant strides in transforming its business over the past 12 months. It celebrates organisations that have leveraged technology to enhance customer experience, streamline operations and drive sustainable growth.

Entries are judged on their innovative use of digital tools and strategies, as well as the measurable impact these have had across the business.

Being shortlisted for this award recognises Must Have Ideas’ ongoing commitment to delivering an exceptional digital experience for its customers – from its data-driven approach to product discovery to its seamless online customer journey and rapid community-driven growth.

Amy Knight, co-founder and director at Must Have Ideas, said: “We are absolutely thrilled to be named a finalist in the ‘Digital Excellence’ category. Innovation has been at the heart of Must Have Ideas from day one, and this recognition reflects the hard work, creativity and passion of our entire team.

“We’re constantly striving to enhance the experience for our customers, and being acknowledged by the Retail Week Awards is a fantastic milestone for us.”

Winners will be announced at an exclusive awards dinner at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel on 19 March 2026, where the industry will gather to celebrate excellence, innovation and leadership.
