JM Partnership (Surveyors) Ltd, established in 1997 and based in Gillingham, Kent, has been hand-picked to complement enevo, a national provider of built environment testing, inspection, certification and compliance services.
One of the first companies to become registered and licensed by the Construction Industry Council, JM Partnership (JMP) has offices in Kent, Sussex and Derbyshire.
Operating predominantly across the South East, London and Midlands, the business has been secured by Leeds-headquartered enevo – a firm on a drive to create one of the UK’s largest privately-owned Registered Building Control Approver businesses.
Creating a national service offering underpinned by shared values, retained independence and a long-term commitment to clients, the business now employs almost 100 people.
enevo has a strong and diverse client base comprising Knight Frank, Savills, Caddick, Torsion Projects and Avison Young, and the addition of JMP further strengthens its ability to deliver consistent, high-quality building control services across England and Wales.
