Get Ahead welcomes new regional director for East Surrey

Outsourcing agency Get Ahead has appointed a new regional director to its growing team, with Natasha Doran now leading the East Surrey region.

Having worked for major global financial services companies, running large teams and delivering major projects, Natasha has gained a wealth of skills over the past 20 years.

Most recently, Natasha spent seven years at Simply Business, working as head of commercial before taking on responsibility for Strategic Projects and then becoming chief of staff – US Growth.

After 20 years in corporate life, Natasha was seeking a new challenge. She said: โ€œI had been thinking about my next career move for a while, approaching it with an open mind about what would work for me professionally and personally.

โ€œWhen I discovered Get Ahead, I found the perfect solution. Get Ahead has a fantastic network of over 80 business experts on hand, ready to support local businesses. Becoming a regional director enables me to work flexibly and tap into all that expertise, providing the skills Surrey companies need to thrive.โ€

Over the next few months, Natasha is excited to get out and network, building connections with local businesses across East Surrey.

Natasha added: โ€œOne of the things that drew me to Get Ahead was the opportunity to network locally and get to know the businesses on my doorstep. East Surrey is a vibrant region, encompassing major towns, more rural areas and a diverse mix of companies.

โ€œHaving been a problem solver all my career, I am keen to meet local businesses and find out how I can help them achieve their goals.โ€

Get Ahead founder and director Rebecca Newenham said: โ€œFrom our first meeting, I could see that Natasha was an excellent fit for our business.

โ€œFrom her corporate experience, she has developed excellent people management and communications skills. She has a clear passion for local businesses and the benefits that outsourcing can bring, and I am confident that Natasha will thrive with Get Ahead.โ€
