Kent-based firm Caxtons Property Consultants has announced the promotions of two members of its Estate and Block Management team, Tony Martin and Natalie Peck.
Tony has been promoted to the role of deputy head of Estate & Block Management, and Natalie, senior property manager.
John Sinclair, associate director, head of Estate and Block Management, said: “Since joining Caxtons in 2006, Tony has consistently managed his portfolio to an exceptional standard. He played a central role in ensuring Caxtons achieved ARMA Q accreditation in 2014, which has since evolved into The Property Institute Accreditation, marking our commitment to high standards of practice within the property management industry.

“Natalie joined Caxtons in 2023 and brought with her a meticulous and methodical approach to estate and block management. “She has also introduced new working practices at Caxtons, contributed to staff training and received several positive reviews, all of which help to showcase the high standards delivered by Natalie, Tony and the wider Caxtons team.
