Caxtons announces senior promotions in Estate and Block Management

Kent-based firm Caxtons Property Consultants has announced the promotions of two members of its Estate and Block Management team, Tony Martin and Natalie Peck.

Tony has been promoted to the role of deputy head of Estate & Block Management, and Natalie, senior property manager.

John Sinclair, associate director, head of Estate and Block Management, said: “Since joining Caxtons in 2006, Tony has consistently managed his portfolio to an exceptional standard. He played a central role in ensuring Caxtons achieved ARMA Q accreditation in 2014, which has since evolved into The Property Institute Accreditation, marking our commitment to high standards of practice within the property management industry.

“He deputises for the department, oversees our Block Customer Hub, helps to launch new initiatives and is doing outstanding work on LinkedIn (please give him a follow!). His commitment to excellent customer service is reflected in the tangible results seen in our Google and Trustpilot reviews.

“Natalie joined Caxtons in 2023 and brought with her a meticulous and methodical approach to estate and block management. Her attention to detail is unrivalled, and she communicates clearly and effectively with our customers, ensuring the estates and blocks under our care are both well-maintained and professionally managed.

“She has also introduced new working practices at Caxtons, contributed to staff training and received several positive reviews, all of which help to showcase the high standards delivered by Natalie, Tony and the wider Caxtons team.
