Thomson Snell & Passmore further strengthens its Probate division

South East law firm Thomson Snell & Passmore has welcomed Damien Jones as a partner in its well respected Probate division.

Damien joins from Knocker & Foskett, where he has spent the last eight years and was most recently head of private client. He brings with him a wealth of expertise in the administration of estates.

Damien has particular experience in estate administration for high net worth individuals, including multijurisdictional assets and estates that include domicile issues. He also regularly deals with agricultural and business estates, and acts as an Independent administrator. 

Damien is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), The Association of Lifetime Lawyers and The Law Society Private Client section.
