Rise Up and OpenSesame join forces to offer ‘seamless learning access’

Rise Up, one of Europe’s leading all-in-one learning providers, has partnered with OpenSesame to offer more than 40,000 new courses in over 40 languages.

The partnership furthers Rise Up’s commitment to providing an inclusive and personalised learning journey through its integrated Learning Management System (LMS).

It will see OpenSesame’s content marketplace added to Rise Up’s LMS to deliver courses to over five million online users. This will enhance employee engagement and skills retention through personalised content, tracking and reporting features, making it easier for companies to meet their learning and development goals.

Arnaud Blachon, CEO and co-founder of Rise Up, said: “Most organisations recognise that their employees have different professional development needs but don’t have the time or capacity to create content that their learners need at scale. If there are gaps forming in their skillset, this problem is even more urgent.”

“Rise Up’s mission is to provide personalised learning to accelerate time-to-skill. Our partnership with OpenSesame allows us to extend our reach internationally. By offering courses across a wide range of sectors and languages, our clients will now be equipped for daily challenges and the demands of the future.”

Rebeca Mesa, VP of partnerships at OpenSesame, added: “Every company is looking at how to increase their productivity and impact – what better way to do that than creating a culture of learning.

“Our partnership with Rise Up gives their clients the ability to deliver on this promise. When employees have access to a dynamic learning programme, they stay engaged, grow, and bring their best to work, making the whole workforce more skilled and resilient.”
