Brachers named ‘Top 10 Best Law Firm to Work For’ in UK

Brachers, a law firm based in Maidstone and Canterbury, Kent, has been ranked by Best Companies in its ‘Top 10 Best Law Firms to Work For’ in the UK.

Best Companies is a prominent UK organisation that evaluates and ranks workplaces based on employee satisfaction and engagement. Its annual league tables highlight the top companies across various sectors, offering valuable insights into workplace culture and employee experiences.

Rankings are determined through comprehensive surveys that assess key factors such as leadership, personal development and work-life balance.

Brachers took the number 10 slot in the ‘Top 10 Best Law Firms to Work For in the UK’ table.

The firm also ranked 45th in the ‘Top 50 Best Mid-Sized Company to Work For in the UK’ and 42nd in the ‘Top 50 Best Companies to Work For in the South East’ list.

These rankings follow Brachers’ accreditation by Best Companies earlier this year as an ‘outstanding’ place to work, based on staff feedback on life at the firm.

When asked, 91% of staff said they felt proud to work for the organisation, and 92% expressed they feel they make a valuable contribution to the success of the firm.

Joanna Worby, Brachers’ managing partner, said: “We are incredibly proud to be recognised in multiple Best Companies rankings this year – particularly our recognition as a ‘Top 10 Law Firm to Work For in the UK’.

“This achievement reflects our longstanding commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.

“Our people are our greatest asset, and their dedication to excellence drives our success. We will continue to prioritise employee wellbeing and engagement as we strive to set the highest standards in the legal profession.”
