Stylish office space in Brighton sells above asking price

Flude Property Consultants has announced the recent sale of 30-31 Devonshire Place, Brighton.

Situated in the heart of Kemptown, this distinctive property, originally a factory, has been thoughtfully converted into office space, preserving much of its original character.

The property has been sold for ongoing office use to a firm of management consultants, which will use the premises for its own operations.

Flude was pleased to achieve a sale price above the asking price, demonstrating the ongoing demand for high-quality office space in Brighton from the owner-occupier market.

Flude surveying executive Nick Martin said: “We were thrilled with the outcome of this sale, which reflects the strong demand for freehold office premises in Brighton.

“Working alongside joint agents Crickmay, this deal not only exceeded our client’s expectations but also highlights the continued confidence in the city’s business environment.”
