3,700 sq ft of high-quality office space now let in Brighton

Flude Property Consultants has announced the recent letting of the 2nd floor offices at 19A Portland Street in central Brighton to Run VT, an award-winning and highly successful TV post-production company.

This prominent city centre building, which is also home to Barclays Bank, offers four floors of quality office accommodation, with retail space on the ground and lower ground levels. It is home to a mix of both local and national tenants.

Flude surveying executive Nick Martin said: “We are delighted to have secured a new tenant for 19A Portland Street within just two weeks of the former tenant vacating and as an off-market deal.

“The building offers a blend of modern facilities and historic charm, making it an ideal location for companies looking to establish a presence in the city.

“We look forward to welcoming more businesses to this vibrant area as the 3rd floor suite becomes available soon.”

While the building is now fully occupied, a superbly fitted office suite on the 3rd floor will soon become available, offering flexible leasing options.
