Opening date announced for The Ivy Canterbury Brasserie

The Ivy Collection has announced the opening of The Ivy Canterbury Brasserie on 29 October 2024, marked by a town crier parade through the heart of Canterbury.

The celebration, complete with a live brass band, brought a burst of energy to the city’s historic streets, heralding the news that the reservation line for the highly anticipated brasserie is now officially open.

Set to become a new landmark in Canterbury’s vibrant dining scene, The Ivy Canterbury Brasserie, located at the corner of The Parade & Rose Lane, will be The Ivy Collection’s 41st restaurant, featuring 180 covers, a stylish bar, an outdoor terrace and a private dining room.

Announcing the eagerly anticipated opening, general manager Diogo Bolan, who brings expertise from The Ivy Wimbledon, said: “We are thrilled to bring the iconic Ivy experience to Canterbury. The city is known for its rich heritage and vibrant community and is the perfect setting for our next chapter.
