CT Travel Group strengthens leadership with new head of people & culture

Kent-based CT Travel Group has announced the appointment of Caroline Everard as its new head of people & culture.

Caroline brings an impressive portfolio of experience, spanning sectors including banking, insurance and global accountancy. Her track record in enhancing employee experience and driving engagement across diverse industries positions her as a key asset to CT Travel Groupโ€™s leadership team.

In her new role, Caroline will oversee the people and culture strategy for all four of CT Travel Group’s renowned brands โ€“ Business Travel, MICE, Trade Missions and Pettitts Travel โ€“ across its offices in Tunbridge Wells and London.

Her focus will be on designing and implementing performance programmes that not only align with the companyโ€™s expansive growth plans but also elevate the experience of the companyโ€™s most valued resource โ€“ its people.

Her approach will involve close collaboration with the board to build a strategy that empowers employees, creates a strong sense of belonging and ultimately contributes to the company’s success.
