Dover Marina Hotel & Spa hosts free networking breakfast

Businesses in and around Dover are being invited to share ideas, make new contracts and perhaps seal a deal or two at a new monthly networking event at Dover Marina Hotel & Spa in Dover, Kent.

Dover Marina Hotel & Spa, which is in the middle of a remarkable transformation, is throwing open its doors for the series of networking events, beginning on Tuesday 3 September at 7am.

To make attendance easier for as many people as possible, the informal get-togethers will alternate between morning and evening sessions, with the first evening meeting on Tuesday 1 October, kicking off at 6pm.

Dover Marina Hotel & Spa events manager Lisa Lauder said: “The idea is for those attending to be able to share the challenges of running a business while also making connections with fellow business owners, chatting about new opportunities and perhaps even finding new customers.”

Refreshments and a guest speaker will be an added attraction, while professionals from Dover District Council’s business support team and Walmer & Deal Chamber of Trade, along with other independent business advisors, will be on hand to provide expert knowledge and advice.

Those attending will also be offered the opportunity to see the new facilities at the recently modernised and expanded hotel on Marine Parade.

The 3 September session will be free to attend, although a small charge may be made for future networking events.

To book a free place, contact Lisa on 01304 203633 or email events@dovermarinahotel.co.uk.
