5,500 sq ft of prime city centre office space let at International House, Brighton

Flude Property Consultants, an independent, regional firm of chartered surveyors, has announced the latest letting at International House in central Brighton to Lucy & Yak, a successful, fast-growing and sustainable fashion retailer, which has taken a new lease of the 4th floor to occupy as its new HQ offices.

This landmark building, located immediately adjacent to Brighton railway station, provides five floors of modern office accommodation arranged over retail and leisure space at ground and lower ground floors. It is home to a mix of local and national occupiers.

Flude is currently marketing other space in the building, including office and leisure spaces, which are available to let on flexible terms.

Flude director Ed Deslandes said: “It is good to see activity in the local office occupier market once again starting to pick up, and with numerous occupiers out looking and committing to space again. We look forward to announcing news of further office lettings set to be completed in the coming weeks.”
