Crimson Tide recognised in The Sunday Times’ Best Places to Work 2024 awards

The company has demonstrated that the happiness of its employees is paramount, regularly conducting engagement surveys twice a year and responding with action plans and progress updates.

“Of all the metrics we were measured on, I take personal pride in the fact that 95% of staff feel that we care for their wellbeing, which reflects the effort and focus the business has put into this in recent years.”
