No 9 Restaurant at Chapel House Estate in Minster has been awarded Gold for ‘Best Restaurant’ in Kent at the prestigious Made in Kent Food and Drink Awards 2024.

The Made in Kent Food and Drink Awards celebrate excellence and innovation in the culinary industry, showcasing the finest establishments and talented individuals across the Kent region.

Winning Gold in the ‘Best Restaurant’ category is a testament to No 9 Restaurant’s commitment to culinary excellence, exceptional service providing guests with an unforgettable dining experience.

Kieran Golding, the talented head chef of the No 9 Restaurant, takes pride in offering a diverse and innovative menu crafted from locally sourced ingredients, complemented by an extensive wine selection and impeccable service.

These dishes showcase ingredients foraged from the Gardens, Walled Garden and the Wild Apple Orchard on the Chapel House Estate, in addition to other seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.

Nestled within the picturesque Chapel House Estate, the restaurant, accessed via the previous Thorne Farm outbuildings, provides a charming and elegant setting for guests to enjoy exquisite cuisine and create lasting memories.

On arrival or after dinner, guests can enjoy cocktails in the welcoming Lounge Bar or sit outside in the secluded Walled Courtyard.
