Beau Property Home Staging, based in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, has appointed expert interior designer Ellen Leedham to join its growing team.
Ellen joins the business at director level with over 15 years’ experience as an interior designer working with some of the UK’s premier developers on show homes and interiors across the different residential sectors. Previous clients include Berkeley Homes, Countryside, Hill Group, Network Homes, London Square and Mount Anvil.
She previously held the role of lead interior designer and lead designer for Show Homes at Suna Interior Design, and before this, worked for Conran & Partners and Richmond International.
Beau Property is a family-owned SME Housebuilder that set up its own Home Staging business four years ago to support developers of all sizes with their interior and show home needs.
The team has seen Home Staging grow successfully over the last two years with clients across the South East seeing their sales prices rise and time on market reduced as a result of the team’s work.
Ellen joins existing directors Claire Spiller and Joss Miller at Beau Home Staging, reporting to Chris and Georgina Hammond, owners and founders of Beau Property Group.
Ellen said: “I am delighted to be joining a family business like Beau Property, with a team that pays so much attention to the detail and style of everything they work on.
“As a developer itself, the company uniquely understands the pressures of housebuilders while having its own product to perfect too.
“I’m excited to bring my experience and skill set to the company and to help take the Home Staging business to the next level.”
Georgina Hammond, group director of Beau Property, added: “Ellen is a great appointment, having worked with some of the most influential and style-conscious developers around.
“We are very happy to have her on our team, working alongside Claire and Joss to leverage the business we’ve built so far in home staging and support further growth.
“With an uncertain housing market, developers and vendors need to stand out, and we firmly believe that home staging is both an art and a science and can enhance much-needed housebuilder sustainability initiatives when delivered properly, hence our investment in this part of the business alongside our Development and Design and Build arms.”
