A new HR consultancy called Eclipse HR has officially launched in Kent in a bid to provide leading human resources support and guidance to businesses in the county.
Based at Eclipse Park in Maidstone, Eclipse HR will be spearheaded by senior HR consultant Veronica Fox, who joins with a wealth of experience gained over 15 years working at HR consultancies within the county.
Veronica has provided her services to organisations ranging from schools, further/higher education establishments and visitor attractions to start-ups, SMEs and larger businesses.
Her expertise spans investigations, chairing complex disciplinary panels, bespoke HR projects and retained HR support such as the provision of day-to-day advice and key employment documents including employment contracts, policies and staff handbooks.
The launch of Eclipse HR comes as organisations increasingly recognise the pivotal role of people-related issues such as recruitment, retention and productivity in achieving success. The new consultancy will be backed by the legal expertise of the leading Kent-based law firm Whitehead Monckton and its dedicated employment law team. This collaboration ensures a high quality of HR services, with HR professionals working alongside specialist employment lawyers.
