Eclipse HR launches in Kent

A new HR consultancy called Eclipse HR has officially launched in Kent in a bid to provide leading human resources support and guidance to businesses in the county.

Based at Eclipse Park in Maidstone, Eclipse HR will be spearheaded by senior HR consultant Veronica Fox, who joins with a wealth of experience gained over 15 years working at HR consultancies within the county.

Veronica has provided her services to organisations ranging from schools, further/higher education establishments and visitor attractions to start-ups, SMEs and larger businesses.

Her expertise spans investigations, chairing complex disciplinary panels, bespoke HR projects and retained HR support such as the provision of day-to-day advice and key employment documents including employment contracts, policies and staff handbooks.

The launch of Eclipse HR comes as organisations increasingly recognise the pivotal role of people-related issues such as recruitment, retention and productivity in achieving success. Facing the challenges of modern working practices, evolving culture and legislation, clients now require specialist, commercially focused advice.

Whether clients are seeking day-to-day HR support, assistance with large projects or support during periods of resource strain or leave, Eclipse HR sets out to provide timely and effective solutions to ensure that any challenges can be overcome and that clients achieve optimal workforce efficiency.

The team at Eclipse HR are used to both working alongside clients’ own HR teams as well as providing an outsourced HR offering.

The new consultancy will be backed by the legal expertise of the leading Kent-based law firm Whitehead Monckton and its dedicated employment law team. This collaboration ensures a high quality of HR services, with HR professionals working alongside specialist employment lawyers.

Veronica said: “I am both delighted and excited to have joined Eclipse HR and at the start of the HR consultancy launch.

“I am particularly looking forward to connecting with new clients and existing contacts from the diverse sectors and industries based here in Kent.

“At Eclipse HR, we understand that your people are at the core of your organisation’s success, whether you are a small business, a school or a large multinational company.

“We recognise the value and importance of your staff and provide dedicated support and guidance to ensure that staff productivity, motivation and engagement are maintained, well-being supported and any challenges are overcome.”

“Veronica is well known throughout the county and brings with her a wealth of skills and substantial experience working for and supporting organisations of all sizes.”
