Brighton Trade Park welcomes Team Frames

Flude Property Consultants has announced the letting of Unit 4 Brighton Trade Park, Crowhurst Road, Brighton to Team Frames, a specialist manufacturer of doors, windows and roofing products for the trade.

Brighton Trade Park has been formed by Hanbury Property through the comprehensive redevelopment of the former Newsquest premises on a 4-acre site in north Brighton.

This latest letting complements an existing tenant line-up, which includes Screwfix, Howden Joinery, Henfield Storage and Harwoods Jaguar Land Rover.

Flude Property Consultants director Andrew Halfacree said: “Hanbury Property have been bold in their redevelopment of this site, taking the chance, based on our advice, to speculatively redevelop the estate to suit the trade counter market.

“This latest letting is a welcome addition to the tenant offer at Brighton Trade Park. We anticipate that Team Frames will enhance the trade of the current tenants and vice versa.

“It also demonstrates the fact that there continues to be activity in the market despite the more challenging environment.”
