Embridge Consulting receives ERP Today Awards commendation

Business transformation consultancy Embridge Consulting, headquartered in Gravesham, Kent, is celebrating its commendation for the ‘Customer Hero Award’ at The ERP Today Awards 2023.

The ERP Today Awards and Fundraiser recognise excellence across the enterprise technology industry, celebrating leadership, innovation and customer success within organisations of all sizes.

This year’s winners were announced on 14 September at Ascot Racecourse, where some of the biggest and brightest brands across the enterprise technology industry were treated to a day of celebrations, accompanied by a fundraiser that raised over £100,000 for the NHS.

Embridge Consulting achieved the coveted commendation for the ‘Customer Hero Award’, which is awarded to organisations that have demonstrated a deep commitment to customer value and collaboration, pushing the boundaries of what is possible within the transformation space, for its work with Wiltshire Police and Wiltshire Pension Fund.

The commendation follows a period of sustained growth for the firm, which has seen it deliver 25 new digital change projects and secure eight new managed service clients, including AutoTrader and Brunel University, over the last 12 months.

Emma O’Brien, founder and CEO of Embridge Consulting, said: “We place people at the heart of everything we do at Embridge, so it’s an absolute honour to have been commended for the ‘Customer Hero Award’.

“2023 has been an exciting year for us. We’ve grown so much and had the opportunity to take on some brilliant projects across both the public and private sectors, so it’s fantastic to have all our efforts recognised with this commendation.

“The ERP Awards are always a blast and a great opportunity to support a good cause while seeing all the amazing work being done across the digital transformation and enterprise technology space.”
