Local woman launches new property search firm for Surrey

Guildford-based businesswoman Frances Brown has launched a new Surrey office of X-Press Legal Services, a property partner for the conveyancing sector

X-Press Legal Services carries out a comprehensive range of property searches producing the reports required for all property transactions such as flood risks, planning and environmental.

Frances’ newly established office will encompass 12 local councils supporting conveyancers throughout Elmbridge, Epsom & Ewell, Guildford, Mole Valley, Reigate & Banstead, Runnymede, Rushmoor, Spelthorne, Surrey Heath, Tandridge, Waverley and Woking.

With a degree in Cartography, a Master’s in IT, and many years of experience in business intelligence, mapping and computer systems, Frances’ skills and experience align perfectly with the property-related services she will be bringing to the local conveyancing sector.

Frances said: “I have spent many years working with mapping and information systems, including within a local council, and am excited to now utilise my expertise to the benefit of the Surrey property market.

“I understand the complexities of property transactions, and this, coupled with the industry-leading products X-Press provides, puts me in an excellent position to support local conveyancers in streamlining their workloads.

“For me, X-Press Legal Services is all about the partnership we can provide to clients. My focus is to make every conveyancer’s day job easier, producing accurate property reports while also allaying any concerns regarding data and cyber security. I am looking forward to building my reputation within the Surrey legal sector over the coming months.”

The new X-Press Legal Services Surrey office offers property searches, environmental and risk reports, plus residential abortive transaction insurance, as well as many other conveyancing-related products. Alongside this, Frances will also be hosting regular CPD events within the county for property law professionals.
