Brighton’s Victoria House hits 85% occupancy

Flude Property Consultants has announced that Victoria House, just a five-minute walk from Brighton Station, is proving popular, now 85% let with only a single floor out of a total of 7 floors remaining.

According to the team at Flude, this is particularly notable in an area where neighbouring office buildings face vacancy rates of up to 50% or more.

Despite ongoing changes from hybrid and remote working, demand for good value, city centre offices remains strong as businesses bring staff back to the workplace.

Ed Deslandes and Nick Martin at Flude Property Consultants handled the latest letting.
