Flude finalises letting of prominent Brighton commercial unit

Flude Property Consultants, an independent, regional firm of chartered surveyors, has concluded the letting of a self-contained prominent E-class corner unit in the Kemptown area of Brighton.

The property, which has been let to a hair salon, is situated on the corner of Upper St James’s Street and Charlotte Street – home to numerous hotels.

Upper St James’s Street is not far from Brighton Pier, the seafront and Brighton Town Centre, which is a short walk to the west.

Flude surveying executive Aaron Lees said: “The property has been let on behalf of our clients following an unexpected and sudden lease surrender. We quickly provided our advice on how best to re-let the unit and promptly found new tenants.

“The Kemptown area usually attracts good interest from independent and often local occupiers so we were confident this would let quickly.”
