Marketing Delivery named ‘Best Automotive Digital Marketing Agency’

South East-based automotive digital marketing firm Marketing Delivery has earned the title of ‘Best Automotive Digital Marketing Agency’ at the Southern Enterprise Awards 2023.

The company, which was founded 16 years ago in Frant near Tunbridge Wells, has established itself as a leader in digital marketing solutions for car, bike and van retailers across the UK and Channel Islands.

Marketing Delivery’s 20-strong in-house team currently supports over 480 retailers – from single-site independent dealerships to national multi-franchise mega-groups.

The company’s core product, marketing automation platform VoiceBox, uses data from the retailer’s database to issue carefully timed and hyper-targeted messages to current and prospective customers via email, SMS and social media channels to improve conversion, satisfaction, retention and reputation.

Jeremy Evans, chief executive at Marketing Delivery, said: “We started 16 years ago from a small office just outside Tunbridge Wells and, while we’re proud to still be based in the South East, we’ve established a leadership position in our sector, supporting retailers across the country.

“We’re honoured to receive another accolade from the Southern Enterprise Awards, which recognise the contribution an SME like ours can make to our industry and the local economy.

“Our team works hard to create and maintain market-leading software for our customers, and this recent award win is a testament to their efforts.”
