The White Hart in Westerham, a town located in the Sevenoaks district of Kent, has undergone a stunning refurbishment and reopened to guests with a new look on Saturday 17 February.
Continuing to offer a variety of pub classics with a “modern twist”, the White Hart serves exciting flavours inspired by modern world food trends.
The menu, curated by head chef Christophe Pierrard, who has been with the pub for 10 years, also boasts an assortment of seasonal specials which change daily, paired with an extensive wine list and hand-crafted cocktails.
There are a variety of dishes on offer, including Rotisserie Pork Belly, expertly aged Steaks, and a dedicated Vegan Menu, to name just a few examples.

Established in 1885, the longstanding pub features two open fireplaces, strategically placed in each dining area, casting a warm and inviting glow perfect for chilly days and evenings.
Alongside the new warm and cosy interiors, The White Hart has a spacious patio, seamlessly connected to a large garden adorned with vibrant plants and leafy trees.
Inspired by the UK’s glamorous hotspots, the décor incorporates rich golds, decadent teals and deep caramel, alongside expertly crafted comfy furniture and eye-catching artwork.
Externally, The White Hart features new picnic benches illuminated by festoon lighting and umbrellas to provide shelter for outdoor seating and sofa sets.
General manager Daniel Husk said: “We’re over the moon with how the refurbishment has turned out. My team and I are excited to welcome our returning regulars, as well as new customers who can see for themselves just how wonderful the pub now looks.”
